What to expect and advice when you visit the office.

  • The entire visit is one-on-one with Dr. Toso and your appointment time is blocked off just for you!
  • The first visit typically lasts 1 hour and follow-ups average 20-30 minutes dependent on conditions and treatment types.
  • After you fill out the appropriate paperwork Dr. Toso will ask follow up questions and perform an examination/evaluation including observation of posture, body ranges of motion, neurologic and orthopedic tests.
  • Following the exam the Dr. will discuss the significant findings and propose treatment recommendations along with any referrals to other specialists if necessary.
  • This office experiences an average of 2-5 follow up visits/patient but is dependent on a number of variables including but not limited to overall patient health, severity of the condition, and patient compliance.
  • If possible avoid tight/restrictive clothing so you will be comfortable and able to move around with full range of motion.
